Background-checked workers

Every worker on LocumCare passes a criminal record check and a vulnerable sector check through Triton before they can claim a shift. Verification is a gate, not a badge.

LocumCare connects independent healthcare workers with the patients and care homes who hire them. We are a technology platform. The care itself is provided by the workers.

Secure, hands-off payments

The poster pays LocumCare; LocumCare pays the worker on a regular schedule through a regulated payment partner. We never see a card number or a bank account.

Privacy by design

Shifts and bookings do not capture clinical detail. Personal data is stored on Canadian infrastructure. PIPEDA applies; data minimization is the rule, not the exception.
